We cultivate seasonal organic vegetables and transform them into preserved vegetables, pestos, vegetable creams, ready-to-use sauces, and pre-cooked vegetables. Since 2020, we have also opened an agricultural butchery featuring meats from our own production. The farm is open every day with continuous hours.

AZIENDA AGRICOLA POGGIO  
DELLA STELLA  
The Poggio della Stella Agricultural Company, located on the border between the Municipality of Allumiere and the Municipality of Tolfa, covers 14 hectares of land immersed in the fantastic setting of the Lazio Maremma.
The company's activities consist of cultivating olive trees, fruit trees, open-field vegetables, traditional vegetables, and vineyards. There is also a small breeding of goats and poultry. From the vinification of our grapes, we produce the following wines: STORNO, 100% Trebbiano Verde, refined in steel. BAIO OSCURO, 90% Nero Buono, 10% Tannat, refined in steel. TULPHAE, 100% Nero Buono, refined in second-passage French oak barrels for about 6 months. From the processing of fruits, we produce jams and preserves made exclusively from fruit and the minimum necessary amount of sugar, which vary depending on the seasons. From the plantation of Marasche (sour cherries), in addition to the exquisite jam, we also produce MARASCHINO, a liqueur obtained from the maceration of leaves, alcohol, and red wine.
