CENTER SLAVE RAŠKAJ LTT IN ZAGREB
On Friday, 09.12.2022. the students of Center Slave Raškaj secondary school, who are participants in the zero waste catering lab project, designed a zero waste menu and are preparing and rehearsing for recording the recipes. Filming will take place in January 2023 during the LTT activities in Zagreb. The cooking workshop took place under the mentorship of chef Luka, with whom the students prepared the mentioned menu.
