ZERO WASTE VIDEO RECIPES - FIRST SHOOTING DAYS
First two shooting days are finally behind us - students of SŠGT Celje and Slava Raškaj Educational Center finally got to know each other in person. We already tried their first dishes - everything they make is delicious!
Yesterday they prepared young pea fritters, braised potatoes with carrots, mint & spinach sauce, cabbage salad; Crunchy bean and oat dumplings; Baked apples with cream foam and caramelized walnuts and Millet cake (potica) with apricot filling.
On todays menu there will be Mushroom orzotto (Slava Raškaj Educational Center) and Autumn harmony on Celje plate (SŠGT Celje).
We believe that in the coming week they will keep preparing excellent dishes and exchange useful zero waste tips. And most importantly: all these recipes and tips will be available to all of you! But we still have few shooting days ahead of us, a lot of work and good and healthy food, without waste.
