CATERING LAB TRAINING AND PILOTING PROJECT RESULTS
Our
Zero Waste Catering Lab Project is gradually taking shape. During the Erasmus
Days 2023, the results of our work were presented to the students of the Celje
Secondary School of Catering and Tourism at a pilot event. Valuable feedback
was received. The students were also joined by Ella, a student from Rovaniemi,
Finland, who will be undertaking her Erasmus Plus vocational training in
Slovenia.
